All securities are offered through Venture.Co Brokerage services LLC, a registered broker-dealer and member FINRA/SIPC. Venture.co invoices real estate developers on behalf of Coparcel, Inc. Coparcel, Inc may be paid by Venture.co for Coparcel’s technology, reporting, communications and administrative efforts; and several officers and employees of Coparcel are registered representatives of Venture.co Brokerage Services LLC. Coparcel officers and employees in their capacity as registered representatives of Venture.co Brokerage Services may receive compensation from Venture.co as a result of brokerage related activity.

Venture.co gets compensated if, and only if, a raise is successful. This means that Venture.co receive a commission only if the raise surpasses the minimum amount. The compensation is taken directly from the funds raised and will be identified on the issuer’s Use of Proceeds table and in the offering memorandum.

If a raise does not meet this threshold and the funds are transferred back to the investors, then Venture.co receive no commission.
